Aloft San José Costa Rica - Feedback

What Steve Shackelford doesn't like about Aloft San José Costa Rica:
The food for dinner was the worst all week. I ordered a veg sandwich. They asked if they could replace the bun with different bread. They then didn't bring the vegetables as promised on the menu. I said something, and they brought me a can of mushrooms emptied into a bowl. The only can of food that was presented to me in costa rica. Clean room, comfortable bed, modern style. My room was next to the main road so was a little loud cars driving by all night. Bathroom has wall dispenser with shampoo, conditioner, body wash. I had to check out early in the morning, got the Breakfast box to go was a ham and cheese sandwich and apple. Hotel helped me coordinate cab in morning, very helpful! Enjoyed my stay.
