What Bill S doesn't like about Pineapple Asian:
First time ordering. We first got the sushi roll, The rolls were half the size of normal rolls. I ordered shrimp steamed dumplings ,they were very tiny. Next I ordered shrimp egg rolls, first off they did not mark them so I we had no idea which ones were the shrimp in our order. The food was ok but it's price was double that of the rest of the restaurants locally. We spent 60.00 for 3 people for our take out. The pri... View all feedback.
The food was amazing. I haven't had general tso since high-school and it taste like the good ole days. Also, the spider roll was just phenomenal. I wish I lived in Jersey but I would drive 45 minutes from Philly for this. Girl at the counter super sweet.
Very nice staff, easy to communicate with. The food was good and the sushi was fresh from volcano. My onky issue is they said I lived to far for delivery, but I'm only 10mins away.
One of our fave Chinese take outs in the area. Always fast service. Quality food. You really get nice portions too.
Hate to say it but first time getting I most likely wont be back. Orderd beef bulgogi, got steak and pepper and there was no flavor at all.
The short of this is that they gave me a damaged container that dumped scalding hot soup all over me, and the workers resisted comping even just the soup. Also, the food wasn’t even that good. We did not even get to the next driveway on 73 before the bag tore open and the broken container of soup poured all over me. We had to pull over I was in so much pain from how hot it was. I brought the soup in and explained what happened. The worker offered to remake the soup but when I told him I wanted it taken off the bill he just stopped talking. I watched the cook pour the scalding soup directly from wok to the thin plastic container so no wonder the soup container broke. The cashier refused to comp the soup and instead offered me cash from his wallet which I obviously declined. It took my boyfriend going in and speaking with the cashier to get him to call the manager and finally comp the entire meal. He had to be yelled at to be willing to do anything to apologize for this situation when I have minor burns on my thighs from this soup that THEY improperly packaged! We left our contact information and are expecting an apology from the owner for this ridiculous experience. All of that for mediocre at best food.
