I went there last night and had 2 separate order my second order I order a spicy Asiago ranch club sandwich when I got home it was the wrong sandwich I called t... read more I went there last night and had 2 separate order my second order I order a spicy Asiago ranch club sandwich when I got home it was the wrong sandwich I called the store immediately and had to go back for the manager to tell me ooh we have new people in training. This isn’t the first time they have meat up on my food in the past I’ve order kids meal when I got home both kids meal had spicy nuggets and was missing a fry. I once was a Wendy manager and whenever we messed up on a customer food especially if the customer got home and had to come back to the store they will compensate and offer a next meal I was real upset because my family ate their food without me because I had to drive 8 minutes back to the store for a sandwich that should of been made right the first time let alone it wasn’t any cars in front of me and only 1 car behind me so for them to mess up on my sandwich was just careless and the manager should of made sure all orders are going out right
