On one occasion, the cashier spilled nearly an entire cup in my car due to a defective lid.

However, when I went through the drive-thru at 7:45 PM, I waited for 10 minutes without anyone responding. I then drove around to see what was going on, and it was dark with the lights off. The only staff member there was cleaning up, and they had already closed. What a disappointment!
