A very tasty restaurant that we unfortunately only discovered very late. it is located at the edge of the forest in the ausleihung Star/Mühlberg. the focus is on meat and steak dishes. an absolute dream are steaks that are roasted on a very original spinal grill over an open fire. they already have the water while watching in the mouth. for meat lovers like us a real sharkland!

The Waldklause is causing lokal attention dew to there steaks which are typically grilled in middle of the guest room over an open woodfire with a special technik. This causes that the steaks get a nice smoke flavor which is really great. The meat quality lokaly is determent by the EU, which has to be plessed at this point for assuring meat quality which is technically unaged, compared with Steack nations like the US, to assure a minimum of foodborn illness trading in flavor and texturw. Having this in mind this restaurant deals excellent with the given situation delivering an outstanding steak. The ambient feels like a small hut almost in the forest. A very good place for all occasions.
