To the franchise owner: please consider whether employing someone who provides such poor customer service is in your best interest. Reagan's demeanor could easily drive away potential customers. If it weren't for her, I would have rated your gas station four or five stars. Lastly, for anyone needing to stop, I suggest considering other options available just across the street from this Shell station. Google Maps can significantly impact customer decisions, and negative reviews can affect your business.
