I’m confused as to why she acted this way, especially since I was a new customer and treated her respectfully. The other employees seemed friendly, which made my experience before interacting with Reagan even more disappointing. I wish I had encountered a different cashier instead. To the franchise owner: please consider whether employing someone who provides such poor customer service is in your best interest. Reagan's demeanor could easily drive away potential customers. If it weren't for her, I would have rated your gas station four or five stars. Lastly, for anyone needing to stop, I suggest considering other options available just across the street from this Shell station. Google Maps can significantly impact customer decisions, and negative reviews can affect your business.

The place is clean, straightforward, and offers a vast array of drinks and snacks.

I always make a point to stop here for coffee; it's a perfect pit stop. The wine selection is excellent as well.
