While the employees were nice and the food okay, the wait was long for what we ordered. The chicken sandwiches were moist and flavorful with a light crust, but there was next to no seasoning in the crust, so it was bland. I had wanted to try Jollibee for a while and I was underwhelmed. They will need to step up their game BIG time to compete with Popeye's who serve a much bigger piece of much better seasoned chicken... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Jollibee:
We try to visit this Jollibee whenever we come to visit family in Illinois and every time we come, it’s been getting worse and worse. Service is so slow, we waited 35 minutes for fast food! Then, when we asked for napkins, they gave us 5 (there were 7 of us). Seriously? Their fountain drinks were very limited because most were not working. When we asked them to refill the diet one, they tried to fix it and then just... View all feedback.
Kyla and Zee are amazing they have excellent customer service and Jolieebee is the best fried chicken spot period better than Popeyes and KFC. I wish there were more locations and they paid the employees more. They do a good job I’m always satisfied.Food: 5/5
Jollibee Niles offers a delightful Filipino fast-food experience that is sure to please both nostalgic fans and newcomers alike. The vibrant and welcoming ambiance sets the stage for an enjoyable dining experience. The menu boasts a diverse range of delicious options, with their signature Chickenjoy stealing the show with its perfectly crispy and flavorful goodness. The Jolly Spaghetti with its sweet-style sauce and slices of hotdog adds a unique twist to the pasta game. Moreover, the attentive staff ensures that customers receive excellent service throughout their visit. Jollibee Niles is a must-visit destination for those seeking a taste of Filipino comfort food served with a side of smiles.
I almost gave this a 4 star because the service was slower (they have a sign that their understaffed at the front desk), but then I tasted the spicy chicken with gravy again, and it shot back up to 5 stars. The chicken is large, crispy, tender, actually spicy (they inject spices into the actual meat not just the breading), and the gravy is thick with msg or some mystery addictive ingredient. You literally cannot go wrong with their chicken. I don't care what else you order as long you got some chicken. The value on anything other than chicken is suspect because I wouldn't pay 8 dollars for their spaghetti or 5 bucks for their yum burger, but again .... their freaking chicken. I'll come back forever for their spicy fried chicken in gravy. Other things I like include their meat patties in gravy, sandwiches of any kind, peach desert, and especially the pallabok noodles.
I wanted to see what the hype was about but boy did it disappoint. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and the tenders. Both were over cooked and lack the juiciness I was looking for. I only ate 1 tender as I couldn't get passed the dryness and flavor. Maybe I caught them on an off day but I won't be back anytime soon.Food: 1/5
Worst experience ever!I 'd been waiting for 45 mins and the food never come out because they give my order to the customer who come after me. I point out this to the guy who take my order and the manager but they do nothing. The manager ask me to wait for another 20 mins to fried new chicken!!!This guy at the register even asked me when I order Palabok How many pieces do you want? Really!? Can you count noodles? The worst part is the manager who takes around 15mins face time with someone to figure out the way to void my ticket.Staffs don 't know what they are doing. All crew member need a proper training. How the business like this still exist here?Never come back again!
