Huddle House - Lincolnton

Absolutely can NOT recommend. I understand most restaurants are struggling for help these days, but this one is in pitiful shape in my opinion. The ONE waitress had no idea what she was doing. It was like she'd just been plucked off the street and stuck behind the counter. The man, that I assumed was the manager, seemed to move in slow motion. We sat for a long time before getting coffee then another looooongg time before the manager came and took our orders. A few more people came in. It appeared they didn't know how to operate the register and we're completely overwhelmed. They locked the doors to keep anyone else from coming in. We had been there for an hour and only received one cup of coffee. We left a five on the table for the coffee and walked out.

I may not go back till I talk to the mgr. Not happy w/my food for many reasons

Every time I go to eat they it says they are open, but when I get there the doors are locked with the workers just walking around. It says they close at 8 but there doors were locked at 6:30.

I placed an order online because it said they were open. Mind you this was at 9:30am. It says my order will be ready in 20 minutes. I get there and the place is EMPTY. So now I have a pending charge of 50 dollars on my account and no one in to cancel the online order. Worst establishment.

Awful food, nasty environment, silverware and food caked up on the cooking equipment and floors, the waitress caught and attitude with us because we politely asked for silverware to eat our food with, the waitress argued with us on our orders. We waited 1 hours for a waffle and biscuits. Worst food and service I’ve ever seen! DHEC needs to check in here ASAP!
