I may not be a sushi expert, but I do love sushi and usually prefer conveyor belt sushi over traditional sit-down restaurants. I have to say, the sushi here tasted incredibly fresh. I asked the hostess where they source their fish from and she mentioned it is imported from Japan, ensuring it is delivered quickly to maintain its freshness.
