M P Thai Noodle - Lincoln City

The in-person ordering was kind of awkward using a walkie-talkie. I ordered salad rolls and the M&P Thai fried rice with tofu and no egg. The salad rolls were good, but I was extremely disappointed they were wrapped in plastic and packed in a Styrofoam container. I was pleasantly surprised by the turmeric in the fried rice, but I would have preferred the tofu and peppers cut into smaller pieces.

We had vegan tofu pra ram, vegan veggie pho, and vegan sweet and sour tofu. The food tasted wonderful and the service was great. When I asked about the vegan options, he said just to tell him what we wanted and they would make it vegan. Yay!!.

Fresh ingredients, vegan options, great service, extensive menu, delicious. We agreed this was one of the best Thai food places we've been to in a long time.

Great stop for a vegan Asian dish. Most, if not all, of the Covid restrictions have been lifted. Very normal ordering process at this point (ordering online was very easy). For those who are uncertain about spiciness, the mild spicy was not bad at all and you could go up to the next level to add some more flavor heat.
