McDonalds - Lincoln Ave

Wouldn't take back food that was unacceptable or refund money after waiting at second window for 9 mins because of time from purchased bought it at 749am returned at 810am the time it took me to go to work open it and go back and return. I avoid Mcdonalds Beamsville all the time because of food quality's and wait times

Machine didnt work the place is not very clean and it is kind of unorganized the order machine seems to make the wait longer and it gets crowded

Stopped in because Wendy's was closed. First impressions; garbage all over the floor, dirty tables . . . There appeared to be plenty of staff - none of whom seemed to know what they were doing. Pleasant person at the counter took our order. We were soon to discover she'd erred. Waited a good 10 minutes for our order (for 2 people). By this time there were many other disgruntled customers waiting. Had to clean a table to eat at. Order was wrong but didn't want to wait again. When leaving, noticed the drive thru backed up around the building. Food was well, what you'd expect I suppose. Next time will go straight home and make a sandwich.

Visited this restaurant may 18 in the evening.At least 7 people working. Took too long to do small order. Kids too busy talking about their social lives with each other rather than serving customers promptly. Take out order. No napkins,no straw,ice coffee was wrong. Obviously didn't listen to me when I ordered. Big Mac box was covered in grease. Shut this one down.

Very fast service. Food is typical McDonalds. Dining room was clean. Right off the highway and great for fast in and out.
