The customer service was amazing! The gentleman who assisted us was absolutely fabulous; he was in great spirits and prepared our sandwiches perfectly. For those who are vegetarian, there are plenty of vegetable options and choices for those of us who don't eat meat, like myself. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Subway:
09/25/2022 - This was the worst dining experience I've ever had. The new waitress didn’t seem to know much about the menu, including what a BLT was, and she was unfamiliar with oregano as well. I ordered a roasted sandwich, but it wasn’t cooked long enough. They piled on a lot of avocado, which I decided to overlook because I'm trying to be healthier. However, my bacon was still cold, and the bread was overly soft. To make matters worse, she thought it was acceptable to chew gum right in front of me while preparing my sandwich, in full view of her manager. Oh, and I can’t forget to mention that there were homeless people sleeping nearby. I’ll be giving my order a pass next time, but I think I’ll try a different staff member instead.
The customer service during the week lunch hour was great. I don't know his name, but he was very friendly
Great service! Great sammies! As an ex-subway employee myself, this is one of the best Subway stores in town. Always clean and the staff is friendly.
Me and my boyfriend went in together for dinner, and the service was super fast and the employees where super nice, there was a male and female and they where awesome! I will definitely be coming here again
I 'm not even sure where to start. We ordered online, my boyfriend picked it up when he brought it home there was a paper bag with $3.00 in cash. Not all of our order was there so naturally I called. The girl on the phone said the cash was a refund for part of our order that they didn 't fill. When I asked her why she didn 't tell my boyfriend this when he was there, she said he didn 't give her a chance. She was on speaker phone and he calmly reminded her that wasn 't true. The next thing that came out of her mouth was, actually, I thought he was a door dasher and I didn 't want to tell him your money was in the bag because we have had alot of problems with door dashers . I calmly told her I was hanging up as that it was inappropriate for her to say 2-17-2022 745pm
I went there at approximately 3:30 pm today (01/03/2022) and was second in line with a couple behind me. The couple and I were told that we were actually behind 4 other online orders after the folks ahead of me got served. I asked the employee if he was the only one working there and he apologized and said that he was. It appears they have poor management.
