South 48th Bistro is a new locally owned and operated casual restaurant in the city of Lincoln, offering a relaxing atmosphere with attentive and friendly service. We serve a variety of delicious dishes inspired by the southern region of Europe, stretching from Greece to Italy along the Mediterranean coastline. A must-try item on our menu is our freshly made pizza dough, creating uniquely delicious pizzas. In addition, our pasta dishes are made fresh to order. Some of our specialties include Cevapi (che-va-pe), Bulgarian goulash, and Pleyskavica (Play-ska-veet-sa). Cevapi are sausage links made from beef and lamb, served with chopped onion tzatziki sauce and a side of French Fries.
