Popeye 's has always been our family 's go to chicken place. Lately it hasn 't been what we have depended on when we stop for a quick bite. Staff had been always curtious. 'Had been ' are the 2 key words. The last time we stopped the person taking my order wouldn 't let me completely finish with my order before he gave me my total. I told him I still had more to add. I got the please pull forward. I repeated that I wasn 't finished. With my order. Again he said please pull forward. I complied. I told him I wasn 't finished with my order. His response was I gave you your total. I asked to speak to a manager to finish out my order. We eventually did get our order. The fries and chicken just warm as if it had been sitting for awhile. The coleslaw was warm and smelled rancid. We won 't be going to this location again.

Päpste in the West O is by far the best. Best staff. They work great and the GM was then more helpful with a very great order for my work. Thank you, boys.

Coming from an Restaurant Managers point of view, if a product is unavailable due to not pulling product from the freezer, offer a discount or free dessert. Coke was out of syrup, when I alerted staff, I was scoffed at. Chicken was fresh at 11 am and ate in the dining room after finding a clean table.

I love the way the hushpuppy shrimp taste! Unfortunately as a middle aged man... they tend to not love me back! I consider it worth it tho! Just wish I had hushpuppies with those scrimps!!!

They are trying their best, shout out to that manager and weekend crew: watched a lady walk out in the middle of dinner rush. They forgot my Mac n cheese but I feel their pain. Keep up the great work. It tough all over!
