I've never been to the hibachi side so I cannot vouch for that. I've only ever had the sushi which I really enjoy. I almost always can get a seat immediately and the staff is friendly. I'm a sucker for salmon, so I either get the sushi/sashimi combo or the salmon lovers plate. The sashimi slices are thick too! Overall a great place for a quick sushi lunch before you go do some shopping! View all feedback.
What Jessica B doesn't like about Kobe Japanese Fusion:
We recently visited here we opted for the hibachi style meal where they cook in front of you. I think our cook was new it seemed to take a little longer. By the time we got our meat our fried rice was cold. I love how interactive this place is. The food was good I just wish it was timed a little better. Good food very entertaining, A great places to take family and guests . but recommend getting a reservation on weekends as it's always crowded

I recently had dinner at Kobe Teppanyaki Restaurant, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing due to the exceptionally poor service we received. Our waiter was one of the rudest servers I 've encountered. He consistently mumbled, making it difficult for us to hear him, and when we asked him to repeat himself, he responded with visible annoyance and eye-rolling. Taking our order seemed like a nuisance to him rather than part of his job. While the food was good, the service overshadowed our enjoyment. To make matters worse, we were shocked to find an automatic tip added to our bill for our party of four. Tips are meant to ensure proper service, but the service we received was far from deserving of one. It 's disappointing that a restaurant would demand a tip for such subpar service. I hope management addresses this issue to prevent future customers from having a similar experience.
WORST sushi I've ever tasted. When you walk in it's not bad. Seems pretty clean. When we sat down the hostess left her schedule on the table. It Took a long time for the waiter to get to us. We were the only ones in there at first and the 2nd party got served before us. Fork was dirty (see picture)Luckily my son and I use chop sticks. Green tea was piping hot it took a long time before I was able to drink it. Got the double dragon roll. They didn't have the soft shell crab so I asked to sub for shrimp tempura. The shrimp on top was so rubbery it ruined the roll. Huge pieces of eel hanging on top and some of it was over cooked. My son got the kids bento box and spit out the chicken at first cause he said it tasted funny. Asked for a box and the waiter put our check on the inside of the box where we were going to place our food. Unsanitary. Not coming here again

We will have to visit again and try the sushi.
