Not the best service and not the level we expect from Cracker Barrel. We went with a party from 6 to the O'fallon Mo location. One of our parties was a wheel chair. When we went to our table, several employees stood when I worked to remove chairs to allow our wheel-guided family member. We have placed our order, and over an hour before our meal. Alex, our server, was super nice. The girl who showed us to our table highly recommended the breakfast menu and pancakes when she heard it was our first time here. She was so right. Wonderful people and amazing food!

The food was good! We tried ordering online but there was some issue it didn't work, so we called in our order when we found out it didn't work. We ordered as take out. When we got home we had 3 meals instead of 2 with incorrect sides no pumpkin pie I'm sure someone else was disappointed when they got home and had only 2 meals.
Good food. Good service. Found great deals in the store. Disappointed they do not offer the military discount other Cracker Barrel's offer.
