A couple of friends wanted to go out for dinner tonightOne of them suggested Carlos o Kelly's for dinner We arrived and the place is 10% full.
Make no mistake, the service here is EXCELLENT, if I were just rating service, it would be five stars--hands down.
What a disappointment! In Wichita, KS this was one of my favorite places, mostly for their queso & guac, & salsa.
