It's a basic necessity that customers typically expect, so it should either be included automatically or offered when placing the order. Would like a massive thanks to the really friendly staff of mcdonald for help when I broke down in lincoln on 6th October. the staff at mcdonalds went beyond and beyond what was expected of them to solve the problem by a phone charger, a quiet place to sit and a cup of coffee. this made a stressful situation so much better. at the first visit in this city, the people were really friendly and helpful, thank you.
Always great service and have never missed anything on my order. I want to know how they can still run after 10 o'clock in the customer, though,

My first experience at McDonald's was after hours, and it was fantastic! Everything was cooked to perfection, and it didn’t take long for my order to be ready.
Overall, this is a very well-managed McDonald's. They have implemented good COVID-19 precautions, and the staff is polite. Wait times can vary, but are generally quite satisfactory.
