Amazingly the sofa by the window in the prime location for people watching was available when we called in for an afternoon Joe. The coffee was as good as always and the plant based salted caramel and chocolate cheesecake went down a treat. View all feedback.

Typical Nero food and drink. We only went in because we were desperate to sit down. You need to be desperate to use the toilet, it's the worst I've seen for a very long time. View all feedback.
Very average, always packed go around the corner!. I have no idea why people go here, as this place is always packed, the coffee is very average and they have the amazing, award-winning cafe aroma around the corner.
The outdoor seating at this restaurant is fantastic, and they are dog-friendly as well. The coffee was delicious, and the staff was incredibly nice and welcoming. I will definitely be returning again.
I visited Caffe Nero in Lincoln on Wednesday and Thursday this week. I ordered a flat white on both occasions. Both times, the staff asked me if I wanted to try their 'Ecuadorian' blend, but they did not inform me that it would cost an additional 30p. While I understand the need to upsell, it is important to be transparent about the pricing. I wanted to share this experience for others who may also be upsold without being told about the extra cost, as it felt misleading.
This restaurant is efficiently managed with plenty of staff to keep things running smoothly during a busy half term week. I would be more than happy to recommend this location.
Coffee, a nice sandwich and coleslaw. All very nice. Nice coffee shop with comfy seating and no rush. Nice relaxed atmosphere for lunch
