The platter was fresh, perfectly shucked (we complimented the oyster shucker because there wasn't a single chip in the oysters), the setting was pleasant but a bit noisy under the glass roof (hence the 4 stars for ambiance). The three sizes of oysters were lovely, each with its own distinct briny and nutty flavor. The whelks and periwinkles were cooked in a delicious and, above all, very fresh broth. The mayonnaise was homemade—in short, everything was fresh, fresh, homemade, and top quality. A great place to recommend. If we go back to Limonest, we'll definitely return.
