We absolutely love Ruby's! It's a small family-owned business with fantastic service. I often bring my clients here, and we always make sure to indulge in the delicious cinnamon rolls! The Peace Chicken on Wednesdays is a must-try, but you have to arrive early to get it! Without a doubt, this is my favorite place to eat in the city!
My husband, two of our disciples, and I stopped here on our way home from Granby, CO. We are so glad we did! It was definitely a great choice. The restaurant is family-owned and operated, and the service was friendly. The food came out quickly, was fresh, and absolutely delicious. I highly recommend it!
Large small town restaurant. Had a wonderful breakfast, many portions, good service. Clean, welcoming atmosphere. Stop the good work.
OMG! Absolutely delicious breakfast. Gotta try their green chili sauce on any of the breakfast menu item. Reasonable price and hefty portions. About a mile off the Interstate and definitely worth the extra drive to avoid 'fast food ' Mostly locals in there so it appears that is the place the locals go.
