While I have never been to this IHOP, I have been and have reviewed IHOPs before. My experience is 5 stars looking at the sign when I went in to the building. I might have smelled some of the food which excited me, yet was not enough to draw me in. French toast with scrambled eggs sausage and hash browns. Everything tasted too notch. I eat at IHop all over America and this meal was one of the best I have gotten. A+ props for the chief!

Floors dirt buildup, needs to be remodeled booths that are falling apart tables wobbly
A newer, very clean ihop. Had excellent service. Kid-friendliness: Kids menu had a good selection.
