Th... read more This is a good hotel and I 'd recommend it for anyone who is looking for a stop over to break up a long journey. (As I did). Everywhere was spotlessly clean. The reception, lounge, restaurant, and my room. My room was basic, the decor tired, but functional. The bathroom was small but again functional. There was no kettle or drinks facilities in the room but there was a bottle of water. Breakfast was the usual French hotel menu. Yoghurt, bread, toast, jams, fruit juice, tea or coffee. The restaurant was excellent. I paid 15 euros for the menu and it was brilliant. A good selection of starters, mains and desserts. I had the chicken salad starter which was very tasty. Steak, which was cooked well being very tender and flavoursome, and chips, with the cheeses plate to finish. The staff were very good and spoke English. The acid test of any hotel is would I stay again? Yes. I would happily stay here again.
