I ordered a pizza one Saturday night. I usually don't buy worries, friendly staff, but go home and find the pizza burnt. It ended in the trash. I tried to call back, but I couldn't have them. We're gonna say it's probably a person's fault and not a team. and as it happened once and it can happen to everyone, and the commercial gesture of the team does not worry

The three of us were on the wrong side of the tracks, looking for trouble, when hunger struck hard. We looked for something, anything to eat, and stumbled on this hidden gem. Plain wrapper exterior and bare bones interior, but the staff were super-friendly and the food surprisingly good. In fact, I will go so far as to say that they served the best pizza I have eaten in France (so far). Under new management, and I really hope they succeed. They deserve to.

Très honnêtement le Bigfood est pour ma compagne et moi un endroit que nous kiffons vraiment autant par rapport à la qualité de la nourriture qu'ainsi par rapport à la qualité de l'accueil évidemment.

J'ai commandé une pizza un samedi soir. Habituellement j'achète pas de soucis, personnel sympathique mais arrivé à la maison je retrouve la pizza brûlée... elle a fini à la poubelle du coup. J'ai tenté de rappeler mais n'ai pas réussi à les avoir , couvre feu oblige. On va dire que c'est la faute vraisemblablement d'une seule personne et non pas l'équipe. Et comme c'est arrivé une seule fois et que ça peut arriver à tout le monde, et geste commercial de l'équipe aucun soucis
