What ME doesn't like about Tavern Finale:
The old man is nice and characteristic, but the cuisine is too homely . The frying is too greasy, the local wine is worse than Tavernello and the prices are as expensive as in a professional tavern. A tavern located at the end of a dead end with a great view of Marathonissi. Every guest was welcomed with a handshake by the owner very friendly and hospitable. We immediately felt welcome. The food is homemade by the wife who works in the kitchen. We really enjoyed it and everything was really delicious. We had saganaki and tzatziki as starters. Then pastitio and beef stiffado. The owner spoke to us with his hands, feet and some English. Very loveable. When we said goodbye we almost hung as friends. That's exactly what I love about Zakynthos!
