What User doesn't like about Supermac's:
No matter who is working, every time I visit this Supermacs, my order is never correct. Today, I ordered three cheeseburgers and they arrived without any cheese. I returned them and they were given back to me with only three single slices of cheese added and they were cold. The food is terrible and the service, while friendly, is also terrible. It was very cold today, but its probably cold spell. To be fair, the customers are not coming into the door, the cold bit can help nothing. . Probably had an extra cup of tea.
They approached about half an hour and the staff had no pressure on me. I was even offered a simpler Msnu placement, as the display screens were too awkward to read how the floors were just washed/dry. Well done staff.
Love their saladburgers. Public toilet for customers.
The best supermacs I have been to, the food was cooked fresh to order, nicest taco fries in limerick, the staff were very friendly and accommodating, very very tasty, will return again.
Very clean and tidy. Staff are always so friendly and quality of food is lovely.
