Domino's Pizza - Limerick

I placed an online order at this restaurant, but when a family member went to pick it up, they realized that one person's item was missing. I called the store and was told that a manager would call me back, but they never did. When I called again, the manager refused to give their name. Overall, very poor service.

Whenever we order Domino's pizza, they are usually good with the orders, except for the few times they messed up. However, today's experience has made me reconsider ordering from there again. I ordered my usual for our family pizza night, but one of the pizzas was missing jalapeños, which we had ordered. I called the shop to inquire about the missing topping and was told that I had not ordered it and was accused of making up a story to get a free pizza. I was then transferred to the manager, who spoke to me disrespectfully over a simple pizza issue. Despite it being just a pizza, when you pay the price you do at a pizza shop, you expect to receive the correct order.

I was caught between the devil and the deep blue sea. 6:00 pm and no where to eat on the University of Limerick Campus, and I am tired and hungry. Good old dominoes to the rescue. I ordered online and waited. And waited. Then the delivery driver rings me to say he is here. I rush outside to see no sign of him. I double check the address and wait again. he phones and says where am I?!! I told him I 'm outside waiting. He then says he is in a car park. which car park? the university car park, he says. I tell him this university has a zillion car parks. After 30 minutes I finally find him, and I told him why he refused to deliver to the address on my order. his response was we always wait here . he then said there is no road to where my location was, and let me walk back 20 minutes holding 2 boxes of food, 2 bottles of drink in my hands. i decided to ditch the rather crumpled and dented plastic tubs of dipping sauce that emerged from inside his trouser pocket. As I am walking to the apartment, I see him reverse in front of my apartment. i was too angry to challenge him and say he was just too blatantly lazy to deliver to my door. Cold pizza. Colder service. never EVER again.

We ordered the takeaway special, which included half New Yorker and half four seasons pizzas, garlic bread wedges with dip, BBQ chicken wings, and brownies. Overall, we had a good experience. My friend mentioned that the wings weren't as enjoyable when they got cold quickly, but other than that, everything was great. The brownies were also delicious.

Yum yum, Great great staff! What more could u ask for....
