Bambu is one of the best Indian restaurants in Limerick city. I have visited several times and have always been pleased with my experience. My new favorite dish is the beef bhuna, which features tender beef cooked in a delicious sauce with vegetables. The rice with mushrooms is also outstanding, with a light and flavorful taste. I highly recommend the chicken tikka masala as well, as it is a popular and reliable choice.
I absolutely adore the sweet and sour chicken from this restaurant, it's simply delicious. I have been enjoying it for dine-in and takeout for about 14 years now. While I miss the old Bambu when it was a part of Texas Steakout, as it had a better atmosphere, I still frequent the new location for its consistently high-quality food.
I cannot recommend this restaurant enough! The food is always gorgeous and never disappoints!
