A small restaurant especially well for delivery due to its limited number of places inside. The kitchen is good, well prepared rice and fresh sushi/maki fish. In addition, the staff is kind, smiling and listening to our requests. It happened to me to ask for more sweet sauce with my maki, and it was done! What Bertrand Bouvet doesn't like about Ak sushi:
We ordered for the first time to test and the only thing I can say is that his 4-leg break at a duck. We made a take-away order for 30€ on the map of the california tempura with snow lawyer chicken that is dan the same box. I can tell you that I can't make the difference between the two. Order made on the evening of 11/10/17. I decided to try a new Japanese restaurant by returning their brochure to my mailbox. Ordered by telephone with a delivery time of 45min, the order was received in 17 min so good point(one of the only) for the delivery side. To start the order was delivered without wasabi or ginger, the supplied cabbage salad is actually coleslaw (just 30 grams). Concerning the soy sauce sweet this one is very liquid and has no taste apart that of sugar. The miso soup is good and warm, with regard to the california tuna lawyer we feel the taste of the fresh lawyer but a lack of the tuna taste. For the california tempura lawyer there is always the brother of the lawyer but the taste of the cooked shrimp is not at all present. Finally regarding rolls onions fried chicken cheese these bring newness with an original taste. To conclude I think that this restaurant is rather a neighbourhood setting than a restaurant called "Japanese" for me I will no longer recommend and I strongly advise it.
Very good sushi very well served we see that the fish is fresh. Concerning the cheese beef brochettes they melt in the mouth c is a delight. The rice is super good and very well served I even had trouble finishing it. The proportions are very correct. And in terms of prices c is very affordable and for the quality of makis c is correct. The staff is very pleasant. I highly recommend this sushi.
