Their siomai is of course much better than kowloon food chain in Manila. Theirs is simply juice and with no extender at all. Best of all, you can enjoy thier siomai with cold beers. On the other hand, take extra precaution. Sit on the back of a wall to see what is going on. You should know where to jump or take cover in case there is something untoward that happens.
