Incredible dining experience at this beautiful restaurant at the 4 Seasons. The Cyprus coastal view is stunning and the staff so helpful and professional but the Exec Chef has done an incredible job designing a fantastic menu. Every course is designed plated and sourced farm to table and then prepared like a Michelin star experience. The lobster with pasta was perfect. A generous amount of lobster cooked to perfection and plated with homemade pasta shaped like a lobster shell with hand poured lobster bisque. The buratta starter was like nothing we have ever experienced. It was a combination of three dishes including a martini glass with gaspacho foam infused and the buratta itself in a puff pastry was just another incredible stand out. Every detail is attended to by the Chef and his team in this wonderful restaurant that is not to be missed!

Great food with a unique taste. The waiters provide amazing service and can guide you through your food menu based on your taste preferences. It is ideal to sit outside on the terrace with a wonderful view of the sea and the hotel pool.

Food was exceptional as always. And the fact they were keen to ensure the allergies did not stop anyone from the table having a great experience is a testimony of how proud they are of what they do. Also the service was fantastic reflecting the foundations of the hotel. And Mario's, Lambros and Maria made us feel like home and nothing was a trouble for them.

On Christmas Eve we have visited this restaurant. Due to the big number of reservations we needed to dine in a new room. What a pity that it is designed like a room for Business Meetings. The design is not connected with a 5 Star hotel where I expect to see elegance or a special design. A fixed menue was offered. It was prepared and presented perfect. The choice of wine bottles is big enough to satisfie each guest. The service was attentive. A Duo was presenting music. The female singer was with friendly words average. For this special evening I have expected something better.
