I don't understand why you can't eat in any more? .
This is what they refer to as a taco pizza? The staff clearly need some retraining. I tried to call and couldn’t get through; I waited 20 minutes before arriving at Pizza Hut and they still didn't answer. If I could give a zero rating, I would.
Wasn’t even able to order. No one working the dining room. Place needs new management or something.
I was very disappointed with my order today. The pizza was greasy and soggy. I ordered a large pizza with three toppings but received a free large pizza with only one topping instead. There was hardly any of the three toppings on it. While the pizza was hot, the wings were not; they barely had any sauce on them. I've never received such low-quality food from this restaurant before. I spent $46.03 (excluding tip), and it felt like a wasted effort for my grandson's birthday.
My husband was ignored at the drive thru window for half an hour. The employee Made eye contact with him and then proceeded to get on her phone and play on it while ignoring him. He Watched her take our order to another car. That car then brought the order back inside. So he went in and she was being really dumb about it. Got home and I didn’t get all of my 16piece wings. And the food was cold. We live like 5 minutes away. There should be zero reason the food should have been cold. I have NEVER had this problem going when day shift is there. Hopefully management will make it right. On top of it when he left the drive thru window the girl immediately answered the drive thru for the car behind him
