Panda Express - Lima

Food is amazing. However, it's constantly dragged down by the poor service. We went in and ordered, then had to wait over 20 minutes as multiple people went through the drive thru. Our orders are messed up almost every single time, the exceptions being when one of us get a singular order. Food is amazing, but man, can it be annoying to get.

My friend and I went through and we wanted 1 bowl of orange and chow my (what we have) and we also ordered a plate of orange huh with chow mine. everything was written correctly on the reception. but we have a teller with something else huh and ride. So here we go back through the drive and the lady says that she will get us rice and we explained that our food is not correct and she will get us a container rice (which we did not want) finally my friend goes in and tells them that this is now the second time that the order is wrong and that she would get a little kist of chow and that I wanted to make a question for business.

We came in today (2/26/2022) at 4:00 for a late lunch and it was absolutely slammed. Very busy. But despite it all, the entire staff was incredibly kind, went above and beyond for us, compensated for our wait without us saying anything about it, and stayed calm and collected, even with the large line of people. The quality of food was so good — everything was fresh and the dining/seating area was very clean! We were throughly impressed with Ashley and Alex especially! They’re warm and friendly attitudes made the visit beyond pleasant!

Panda Express is one of my favorite restaurants and they never disappoint. One of my best friends and I went here after a shopping spree and the food was delectable. There was no wait and we found a table to sit at immediately

Went for lunch. Drive thru meal was totally dried out. No fork, no napkin. Front door was locked and they would not open it to get the missing items. I recommend eating somewhere else.
