Dunkin' - Lima

The service at this restaurant was terrible. I ordered a medium basic coffee when the place wasn't busy, but waited 15 minutes and still didn't receive my drink. I had to leave for work without it. The woman working behind the counter should not be in a customer service position. Overall service rating: Take out. Price per person: $1-10. Service rating: 1 out of 10.

I am disappointed to see that Nita, the best Dunkin employee, is no longer here. It seems that greedy bosses are letting go of great employees for their own selfish reasons. The service for dining in was affected by her absence.

This restaurant offers excellent customer service and is a great place for breakfast. The price per person ranges from $20 to $30. The food, service, and atmosphere all receive a rating of 5 out of 5. Recommended dishes include the Hash Browns, Iced Latte, and Donuts.

Good evening Google Family. I enjoyed my experience here today. The young gentleman who serviced me was very kind and friendly. I have visited this shopping center before, but not the Dunkin. I patronized the Chinese restaurant here. But it's no longer here. The doors and windows were boarded up. It was Tung's. They had good food. Roi and Nate from Cheyney University and I visited back in 2015 after we went to the Bates Motel Haunted house in Glen Mills, Pa. We had a great time and yes I was scared. Lol.. Parking: Dunkin is in a shopping center and there are many free places to Park.
