I then went inside to add... read more I ordered two meals through the drive-thru, but when I pulled up to the window to pay, I only received one meal along with two drinks. I then went inside to address the issue, and the manager insisted that everything had been handed over. We showed her the bag to confirm that we only had one meal. While she offered to prepare another meal, she said we would have to pay for it again. In the end, we walked out with just a $12 soda and no food. Come on, Arby’s—do better!

However, they informed me that... read more The food was excellent, but I usually use the app to order and then pick it up at the drive-thru because I have a disabled child. However, they informed me that I would now have to come inside to collect my order. Since I can't leave my child in the car, that means no more of her favorite food. I really wish the management was more accommodating for customers with disabilities.

They gave me a chicken, bacon, Swiss sandwich but it had no chicken in it. When I went inside to inform them, the person at the counter turned to the cook and said, "You made the chicken, bacon, Swiss again without chicken." They all started laughing about it the whole time. It wasn’t worth my time or energy to argue with them.
