Rafael is a great chef and his flagship restaurant is cozy, modern and chic. Packed all the time, they did a nice job if accommodating us on a Saturday night. The pastas were superb as were the desserts. Try caccio e peppe and tumbao de chirimoya.
As I wrote in my Astrid & Gaston review, I do prefer smaller restaurants than huge ones and I think Rafael delivers a great combination of atmosphere (small and cozy place), great food and really nice collection of arts in their walls.. The pulp as a starter and the corvina were great. Would definitely return!
