La Recontra - Lima

I ordered from here a couple of times for delivery. The menu is a bit limited, but what they do is very good. The second time I ordered, my eye caught the fact that you can order a pack of 10 vegan bacon cheese sliders. I decided to go with that instead of the large burgers. These were a huge hit. Everyone, meat eater and vegan, loved these. I just placed another delivery order here today for sliders and nuggets. My non vegan in-laws chowed it all down like a pack of hungry wolves. lol. #Veganuary Updated from previous review on 2023-01-15

Me encanta las hamburguesas de este restaurante, son buenísimas. Los nuggets estaban buenos pero no me recordaron a un nugget regular.

Ok, so it’s vegan fast food. But sometimes that’s what you crave and La ReContra hits all the right spots. In a cool yellow container complex with courtyard seating and other food joints to satisfy everyone’s tastes. Had their “Speciality Burger of the Week” which was basically a crispy chkn burger with guacamole and “bacon” bits on a soft croissant. It was money! Comes with thicker, salty fries and two sauces of your choice (the picante was drinkable). Good for what it’s good for. Easier to find with Google Maps (Apple Maps took me two blocks away)
