Chevicheria Puro Tumes has the best ceviche we have eaten in Lima. La Mar and Punto Azul are touted, but the food does not compare. You are paying for atmosphere. Puro Tumbes is a simple neighborhood place. But, the food is great and portions are huge!!One order for two is more than enough. We were ashamed at the amount of food we left.
