Warm and effici... read more Fabulous ambiance and intriguing food, expertly prepared. UnityQ has a wonderful Smokey aroma walking in, and the whole place has a woodsy feel. Warm and efficient service, and artistic tableware. Began with grilled oysters which had a sweet ponzu glaze, sliced thin so you could enjoy each juicy piece. For entrees we had smoked chicken which came out with crispy skin, juice meat and a sweet smoky flavor. Served with creamy coke slaw which was not too spicy. Grilled salmon done well served with miso glaze and book choy spicy fried rice. Asking for that on the rare side would be smart. Harvest grain salad was bountiful with generous portions of corn, cauliflower, arugula and a sweet cherry vinaigrette. Definitely order the elotes grilled corn on cob, perfectly balanced with chili aioli and cojita cheese. Wish our appetite was bigger because there was so much more to try in the bbq fusion concept. We will be back for sure!
