The owners are very friendly and also fluent in English. The beds are soft, the room comes stocked with plenty of towels and complementary water bottles, the shower has hot water, and the price is very affordable. The beach is in walking distance, too. I do recommend you let the owner know in advance what time you want to go out in the morning, because they lock the place up at night and you may find yourself locked in if you want to go out early. This happened to us on the first morning, and I think I might have woken up the owner to let us out, but he was very kind about it and came down within 5 minutes of me calling him. This is a place where you can have more time to chitchat. It's just a few minutes away from the city. If you want a quiet place where you can have more time to chill you may visit their place on weekdays. Easy to locate. Their food was good and they had an accommodating staff. You can enjoy watching nature and breathe fresh air. I recommend this for a side trip especially when you visit the Santorini Mountain Resort it's just 2 minutes away.
