There were several excursions here as my mother in the nearby hospital is late when we get food. Always hot fresh cookies... I always get an egg on mine that helps. I know 5 stars are a bunch of quick food... but if you think that all employees have turnover these places and the stressful nature of a child in customer service... they do well with their system, much better than other chains.

Trie... read more Went thru drive thru this visit. I was ordering dinner for 3 people. Main items like Cajun chicken biscuit and bacon eggs and cheese biscuits were ordered. Tried to order bo-berry biscuits (was told they were cook to order and would be 5 minutes). I declined at first. Then proceeded to order bo-rounds (again told cook to order would be 5 minutes). I figured I might as well go ahead and wait for items so asked that they proceed with making both. The young man then says they actually were out of bo-berry biscuits and the bo-rounds would take 10 minutes to cook. I ended up being able to only order the 3 biscuits with water for drinks. The biscuits were stale and obviously had been made earlier sitting on warmers. Very disappointed in the food and service ?

Will probably be a long time before I return to this Bojangles. It wasn't even busy at all.

By far my best experience with Bojangles. Got breakfast and it was the perfect sandwich. Went through drive thru since doors are locked and waited in line again only... read more Gave me the wrong thing twice. Ordered 2 orders of dirty rice and received one fry. Went through drive thru since doors are locked and waited in line again only to get fries again after telling them it was supposed to be rice. Wasted time and money
