The waiter knows his stuff. It's not like some Greek restaurants where the waiters are imposters... If you know what I mean... Having lived in Mexico during my youth, I rediscovered the tastes and traditions of my childhood. Best of luck to you and keep up the good work. In any case, I highly recommend it if you want to eat real Mexican street food. I'd like to know if in the future, during the summer, you might be tempted to make the grilled corn that was sold on the boats in Xochimilco. See you later and good luck, friends.
