Unfortunately for me, the manager was not available at all during the reservation and then during the event and only responded to my messages after several reminders. During the evening the waitress served free drinks to strangers who came to help themselves from the buffet that I had paid for. They forgot to serve dessert and realized it 30 minutes before closing and above all they never served the bottles of wine that I had paid for. I ended up making a complaint to the manager to request a refund of the value of the bottles (several hundred euros), but I never received a response despite several reminders. Very disappointed, this evening was a unique evening for me and I had been preparing it for several months. Given the price involved, I would have hoped for a little more professionalism.
