Sometimes you need a small menu to try a dish from your comfort zone, and if you do, you will be better for it. It is also much easier to control the quality, and so every single record was top notch. The noix de veau tartare.... Yeah, it's tartaric acid, yeah, you're okay. And yes, you will thank me.
