We had a very good evening, the dishes were all very good. small false note for dessert, but no worry the card changes very regularly!Thanks the gabbro, we will return without hesitation!

Installed in a small house in the old lille where the brick was respected with a trendy decoration while being sober. a written presentation of the products and... read more Installed in a small house in the old lille where the brick was respected with a trendy decoration while being sober. a written presentation of the products and menu of the day on school slates. a very nice welcome. a sober day menu. no need for 36 à la carte dishes and so many menus. the chosen menu of the day was sublime. a beautiful winery of red and white wines and a single rose. but a marvel. quality products, cooked and presented in a starred chef manner. a short evening at the top. go but take care to book. And you'll come back.

As a fly-amuse, we were entitled to a plate of radishes and wand pieces of the pitman bakery (the best wand we've ever had in france!). great wine map, perfect knowledge of sommelier. We ate duck hearts on a rosemary skewer and accompanied with garlic sauce, plus beef language with a warm vinaigrette sauce, rattled potatoes, spinach and a separate bowl of salad. fig pie with cassis cream. all for the price of 29 eur. delicious meal! repeated.

This time beside my doorstep a culinary experience! 6 of us went to gabbro restaurant in the old city lille. the restaurant was unknown to me, but already won a... read more This time beside my doorstep a culinary experience! 6 of us went to gabbro restaurant in the old city lille. the restaurant was unknown to me, but already won a good call. recently rewarded by the Michelin leadership as the best balance between quality and price. my feedback, if very positiw, selection of the dishes a la carte quite short, (what for me is a sign for a fresh house made eat.) the prices are reasonable, however, the wine list is somewhat expensive. when they go with the car, be patient, as among these small roads are only few parking spaces available. small dining room, better to book in advance.
