A quick call an... read more I've been ordering from here for years and I'm satisfied. Sure, there's been an incomplete delivery over the years, but that happens everywhere. A quick call and the issue is resolved quickly. The pizza tastes good, has plenty of toppings, and rarely has a black spot if the pizza has been in the oven too long. The other dishes are also tasty. The staff is friendly, pickup time from the store is often under 20 minutes, and delivery usually arrives within 45 minutes at the latest (my accommodation is a bit out of town). I'm completely satisfied with Moe's and will continue to order from here.

Only half of the order came and the other half came 45 minutes later and almost cold. After a clarifying call, the driver came by again and gave me the money back according to the boss's instructions. Mistakes happen. Great solution. THIS IS HOW SERVICE WORKS. Thank you.
