We ate here three times in one week, as our villa was close by, and it was a nicer option to share a bottle of wine together rather than one of us have to drive to Ile Rousse. Attentive owners and staff were great, with much care taken to ensure we enjoyed our meals. The garden supplied the fresh lettuce, courgettes, chard, and aubergines. What Clippys doesn't like about U Paesanu:
I had courgette fritters to start with which was probably a mistake as I filled up on the huge plate of what was mainly batter with slithers of courgette in. I then had the stew. Again this was a huge dish of mainly chunks of meat and spaghetti, a bit more sauce would have been nice. It's plain homely cooking.
