Visited on a cruise ship holiday...took a 1/2 day tour and we had so much fun! The tour operated wanted us to see this monument...at first it is hard to realise that Paoli was influential in the creation of a constitution for Corsica and thi influenced the constitution of the USA and indirectly many others Come for the sunshine, enjoy the breezy island and stay in love with Corsica. I had high expectations for Pasquale Paoli. Be sure to bring that book you have been meaning to finish. Perhaps, bring your knitting. Bring the Crossword puzzle: Sunday, not weekday. Service between courses took nearly an hour each. Entree course was nice. Main course was boring. Dessert wasn't what was ordered. Although Pasquale Paoli brought freedom to Corsica, this place will imprison you. View all feedback.

To recommend without hesitation. The dishes are very well prepared, season as needed. We feel the chef knows and masters the products of his region. We are far from restaurants offering Corsican menus for tourists. The quality of the service is also at the rendezvous thanks to the servers who know their excellent wine map ( Corsican). The full taste buds and advice on the good addresses of the island are very appreciable.
