This is a MUST try on Kaua'i! Local families and tourists alike find their happy place here. Captain Harry, the owner, is a Vietnam Veteran and really brings the elements of Wala'au Ohana to this family-owned and -ran restaurant. The food is on point and the customer service is the best on Kaua'i! We heard that Harry and family are working on a new dessert that might have tasted REALLY ono, but you'll have to go yourself to check it out... Dickie Chang approved Daddy O's Restaurant!

We waited for a bit for... read more Delicious, hidden breakfast joint. You’ll pull into the strip mall it’s in and think you are in the wrong place. But it is so delicious! We waited for a bit for a table, we were there around 9:30 on a Wednesday but they were quick to serve us once we were seated. I got the Stuffed French Toast and my husband got the Local and they were so yummy! It was a perfect, family owned diner that was a great meal to start our day.

We ordered Vegetarian Omelette, Veggie Benedict and Ube Pancakes. They were out of fish, so we had to settle for the veggie options. Theitems we decent and they have discounts for cash payments. The restroom is outside the building and is common for the entirecomplex.
