Stuns on this Latvian café while you are looking for breakfast. Excellent, authentic dishes. Can't go wrong with the pancakes/cream! Nice, strong coffee and very affordable. (My coffee and two breakfast items were less than €5. Friendly staff was very patient and helpful with my lack of Latvian language skills and even helped me in English. View all feedback.

This place has a pretty wide range of premade meals that unfortunately are heated in the microwave which they'll do in front of you ! (Seems crazy fries are just a little warm and and not crispy at all, salad are really watery. And the worst part that they'll put all of that on top of each other so everything will mix into one potato, sauce and salad mix which doesn't look or taste good, the chicken was okay. We spent at Panna approx. €12 and... Kiev cutlet wasn’t tasty at all stuffing was spoiled pork steak with tomatoes the same. And everything was warmed up in microwave!!! How can You eat that? Would not recommend this place to eat.

They forgot to bring my second dish, but they fixed it as soon as I remembered it. This little mistake didn't disturb me at all. Come back soon! Price-performance really good.
